Job Description
Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN) position at a clinic with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule.
Work involves on-site training for 3 months, followed by a hybrid model with 1–2 days on-site and monthly meetings.
Join a collaborative care team to manage triage calls, messages, and patient care coordination.
