Job Description
We’re seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to provide direct patient care in outpatient and occasional acute or long-term care settings.
Assess and manage acute and chronic conditions through physical exams, medical histories, diagnosis, treatment plans, and patient education.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and refer to specialists as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in clinical rounds, conferences, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while advocating for patient needs.
Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications include MD/DO in internal or family medicine, active medical license, board eligibility or certification, DEA certification, and BLS certification within 90 days.
