Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited A.S. program recognized by APTA
Current license/registration as a PTA in the state
Responsibilities:
Provide treatment under supervision of a PT according to state guidelines
Assist in patient identification and referrals
Accurately document progress and obtain co-signatures
Ensure MD orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges are obtained
Complete all required documentation per state regulations
