What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
Create and implement personalized care plans
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain documentation meeting regulatory standards
Obtain and update physician orders as needed
Qualifications:
Degree from an APTA-accredited program (BS, MS, DPT)
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
