Job Description

Position Overview: This role involves providing therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The therapist will utilize various techniques to motivate patients, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity while adhering to established treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy and document patient progress accurately.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions to assess patient needs and care plans.
  • Utilize creative interventions tailored to individual patient interests.

    • Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
  • Valid state license and at least one year of clinical experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; CPR certification required.
  • Proficient in computer use, including navigating software and maintaining confidentiality.
