Seeking a Physical Therapist for ongoing, 32-hour/week day-shift staff position in Park Ridge, Illinois.

Interprets physician referrals and performs musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, or integumentary evaluations.

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors outcomes, and adjusts care accordingly.

Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare team, providing discharge planning and patient education.

Completes documentation, manages billing, and adheres to safety and infection control policies.

Assists with departmental performance improvement activities and caseload management.

May supervise assistants, extenders, or students, delegating tasks and providing guidance.

Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Illinois licensure, BLS certification, and effective communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform transfers, and work in varied physical conditions.

Preferred candidates will maintain ongoing education and demonstrate growth in clinical skills.
