Job Description
Seeking a Physical Therapist for an ongoing, full-time role in Chicago, Illinois.
Provides evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions.
Implements and monitors patient care, adjusting plans based on responses, and communicates with physicians and team members.
Completes documentation, manages caseload, and ensures compliance with billing and safety policies.
Performs manual techniques, equipment use, and promotes patient safety.
Participates in performance improvement and professional development activities.
May supervise assistants and students, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, licensure in Illinois or Wisconsin, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills.
Physical ability to lift, push, and perform manual techniques is necessary.
