Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN – Telemetry to join our healthcare team in Tulsa, OK. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac and other medical conditions in a telemetry unit.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
• Assessing patient conditions and responding to changes promptly
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Educating patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
