Job Description
This nursing position offers evening shifts from 6:30 PM to 7 AM with 12-hour shifts (12/36).
Requires 2+ years of clinical experience, RN licensure in California, BLS, and NRP certification.
Provides direct and indirect patient care, delegates tasks, documents accurately, and advocates for patients.
Builds therapeutic relationships, educates patients, and coordinates discharge planning.
Uses critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for complex patients, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
Supports team members, offers feedback, and may serve as relief charge nurse or preceptor.
Flexible with weekend duties as needed; no on-call required.
Pay range: $56.580 – $70.170 – $83.760, based on experience and bargaining agreement.
