Job Description
Seeking a per diem/prn Occupational Therapist in Marinette, Wisconsin.
Provide patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and fabricate assistive devices to improve independence.
Coordinate discharge planning, patient education, and referrals while documenting care per policies.
Perform manual techniques, patient transfers, and equipment use, ensuring safety and infection control.
Participate in performance improvement, manage caseloads, and assist with coverage needs.
Supervise OT assistants and students as appropriate.
Qualifications include a Masterâs in Occupational Therapy, valid state licensure, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills.
Must meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand use.
