Seeking a per diem/prn Occupational Therapist in Park Ridge, IL for ongoing day shifts.

Evaluate patients’ physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities based on physician referrals.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing techniques and fabricating assistive devices as needed.

Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and communicate updates to the care team.

Plan discharges, provide home programs, and coordinate community referrals.

Complete documentation, billing, and adhere to safety and infection control standards.

Manage caseloads, participate in performance improvement, and assist with coverage needs.

Supervise assistants and students per regulations.

Requirements include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, valid licensure, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills.

Must lift 50 lbs, perform transfers, and work in a physically active environment.
