Job Description
This per diem/prn RN position specializes in Ambulatory Surgery and involves direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to develop individualized care plans.
Responsibilities include prescribing, delegating, coordinating care, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a current Texas RN license, and certifications in BLS, PALS, and other department-specific trainings.
Qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, with a preference for BSN, and strong management and communication skills.
