Job Description
This physical therapist role involves screening, testing, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard PT procedures.
Provides skilled services, develops care plans, and stays updated on best practices.
Documents patient records and billing accurately.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Supervises staff and educates patients.
Participates in continuing education, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary meetings.
Contributes to program development and marketing.
Requires current PT license, BLS certification, computer skills, and excellent communication.
Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
Location: Primary Children’s Hospital, Salt Lake City, UT. 36 hours/week, with hourly pay between $42.66-$65.82. Benefits include wellness programs. Equal opportunity employer.
