  • Open Dates: ASAP
  • Desired Schedule: See below and open to provider’s availability 8am – 5pm
  • Worksite Setting: Pace Facility – geriatric population
  • Scope of Work: 8-10 patients per day. Daily morning reports average 30 minutes. Daily Team Meetings / IDT meetings and reassessments – up to 2 hrs / day
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: DEA / BLS
  • EMR: Truchart
