Job Description

• Work Dates Needed: Every Saturday – There can be 1 Saturday off a month. The client is flexible on when they take the week off. Need to be available 3 Sat’s/month.
• Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope of Work: Physicals only – DARS (Dept of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services/ Disability exams
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: LA license. Cannot work for any State or Federal facilities – VA (DADS as an example, its is a conflict of interest), Need Actual copy of LA license when presenting, CV must have some applicable experience performing physical exams similar to Social Security Disability Exams.
• EMR: paper charts – dictation
