- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS needed
- 6 – 15 patients per day in clinic, roughly 0 – 5 trauma calls per day
- Trauma procedures, anterior & posterior segments and lasers are preferred
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
