Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Ukiah, CA, with an ASAP start and ongoing employment.
Offering a $20,000 hiring incentive and up to $5,000 relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities include planning and conducting treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary teams.
Providing outpatient and neurological rehabilitation services for conditions like musculoskeletal injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and balance deficits using personalized plans and advanced techniques.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred Masterâs or Doctorate), California PT licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least two years of experience preferred.
Essential duties involve evaluations, therapy interventions, documentation, supervision of assistants, and discharge planning.
