Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Tillamook, Oregon, for an ongoing, full-time position, with an immediate start.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or Doctorate preferred) and licensure in the state.
Must have CPR/BLS certification and PT licensure.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising assistants, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Participate in interdisciplinary care, ensuring quality standards and communication of care plans.
Must adhere to organizational safety policies, including mandatory vaccinations.
