Job Description
Seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Tillamook, Oregon, for an ongoing, full-time staff position with immediate start.
Provide patient-centered therapy to restore physical, social, and mental functions through evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions.
Supervise assistants and ensure clinical documentation is accurate and timely.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s or Doctorate), valid state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred candidates have at least two years of experience.
Must complete evaluations, establish individualized care plans, and communicate discharge plans effectively.
