Job Description
The Registered Nurse leads healthcare teams by building personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or a peaceful death.
They utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to support patients’ health journeys, taking responsibility and accountability for care management in line with policies.
These RNs work across all facilities within designated markets, including specialties such as Surgical Services, Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Pre-Op/Phase II, and PACU.
Candidates should have an Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, current RN licensure, and relevant certifications. Skills include effective communication, critical thinking, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
