Job Title: Officer of Administration

Job Type: Regular

Hours Per Week: 35

Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budgets and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives across various teams.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to senior management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
