Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Job Description: Seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Valid state PT license
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous travel experience preferred
