- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a magical experience at Aulani.
- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local culture.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in special events and activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Passion for guest service and knowledge of Hawaiian culture.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
