Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate interior finish projects from procurement to installation.
• Lead a team of carpenters, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct site assessments and manage project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of millwork and interior finishes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
