Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Location: Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, Littleton, Colorado

Job Summary: The Physical Therapy Assistant will collaborate with patients and Physical Therapists to deliver rehabilitative care and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by Physical Therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the therapy team.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and care techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
• Current state licensure or certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
