Job Description

Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 2880 S. Alma School Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286
Starting Pay: $45K/Year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure optimal performance.

  • Train, mentor, and manage store staff to achieve sales goals.

  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively.

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.

  • Implement store policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

    • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for the Goodwill mission and community service.
