Job Title: Section Lead – Field Investigations
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field investigation teams to ensure thorough and timely completion of background checks.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand investigation requirements.
- Review and analyze investigation reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior investigators.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investigation techniques and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Top Secret clearance required.
- 5+ years of experience in investigations or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within the continental US.
- Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
