Job Title: Section Lead – Field Investigations

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field investigation teams to ensure thorough and timely completion of background checks.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand investigation requirements.
• Review and analyze investigation reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior investigators.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investigation techniques and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Top Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in investigations or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the continental US.
• Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
