**Job Title: Histology Technician**

**Location:** Near Jacksonville, Florida

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**Shift:** Days

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and process tissue samples for microscopic examination.
• Perform routine and specialized histological techniques.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in the training of new staff and students.
• Document and report results accurately.

**Qualifications:**

• Associate’s degree in Histotechnology or related field.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
