Job Title: EHS Supervisor

Primary Purpose: Provide leadership and direction to ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee knowledge of EHS practices.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Champion EHS projects to promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
