Job Title: Senior Building Construction Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for food manufacturing and logistics construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope.
• Conduct market research to assess material and labor costs.
• Review and validate subcontractor bids and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
