Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Shakopee, MN

Contract Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians.
• Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in mechanical operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
