Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
