Job Title: YMCA Program Staff

Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 Hourly

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We empower youth, improve health, and strengthen community.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging programs for youth and adults.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Assist in planning and implementing community events.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in program facilitation or youth development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community service and teamwork.
