Responsibilities:

• Assist in urban planning and development projects.
• Conduct research and analysis on zoning and land use.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with community members and government agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with GIS software preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
