Job Summary: Provides independent physical therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Current California PT license.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
