Job Title: Liquor Store Manager

Purpose: To assist in managing the Liquor Store in promoting sales, achieving sales goals, profit margins, and labor goals. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping environment for customers and a positive work environment for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations and inventory management.
• Promote sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations.
• Train and supervise staff to enhance customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business preferred.
• Previous retail or management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of liquor products and industry trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
