Job Title: Team Leader – Retail Finance & Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a 4-member team in Retail Finance & Compliance.
• Organize work areas, define responsibilities, and set priorities.
• Plan and manage team absences effectively.
• Act as a business partner for boutiques and retail teams on tax and compliance matters.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail finance and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
