Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At Ambitions ABA Colorado, we provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We are seeking a dedicated RBT to join our amazing team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Provide support and training to families.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
