Job Title: Chief Clinical Officer

Location: Small Community Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and therapeutic teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics.
• Foster a patient-focused, team-oriented culture.
• Report directly to the CEO and manage 7 direct reports.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with relevant clinical experience.
• Proven leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
