Job Title: Rehabilitation Services Specialist

Location: Women and Children’s Medical Plaza, 15901 Bass Road, Fort Myers, FL 33908

Work Type: Full Time, Shift 1 (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $32.59 – $44.00 / hour (New grad starting rate $34/hr)

Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitation services to women and children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care.

Qualifications:

• Degree in relevant field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy).
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
