Job Title: Physical Therapist Traveler

Location: Fargo, North Dakota (Home Health, 40-mile radius)

Duration: 13 weeks, possible extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday, days, 40 hours guaranteed

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to home health patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
