Job Title: Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing student loan debt repayment and tuition assistance programs.
• Manage variable compensation plans for nursing staff.
• Coordinate health, dental, and vision benefits, including company-paid life insurance.
• Oversee 401K contributions and Paid Time Off policies.
• Facilitate employee discounts on tuition, travel, and wireless services.
• Support mental health initiatives through the Employee Assistance Program.
• Engage with the Employee Foundation for community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in benefits administration preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits and employee assistance programs.
