Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing store operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance performance.
  • Control expenses and minimize shrinkage to maximize profitability.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Foster a positive shopping environment for guests.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
