Job Title: Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Physical Therapy license.
• One year of patient experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation: Per visit starting at $65. Benefits eligible for full-time employees, including medical and use of company car with gas paid.
