Job Title: Chief U.S. Probation Officer

Location: Colorado Probation and Pretrial Services

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the U.S. Probation Office.
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with federal regulations.
• Collaborate with judicial officers, law enforcement, and community organizations.
• Ensure effective supervision of probationers and pretrial defendants.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, criminal justice, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in probation or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal laws and regulations governing probation.
