Job Title: Process Engineer – Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
Location: Germantown, MD

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize SMT processes to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Conduct process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Train and mentor production staff on SMT best practices.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SMT manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in process documentation and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
