Job Title: Set Up Technician / Team Lead

Salary: $25 – $30 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee setup and operation of machinery and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
