Job Title: Associate Software Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic-level software support to Tyler clients.
  • Assist clients in understanding product functionality and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve easily solvable issues.
  • Document client interactions and solutions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff for complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of software applications and databases.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
