Job Description: GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of North Dakota.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
