Job Title: RN – Hospital at Home

Overview: Join our innovative Hospital at Home program as a Full-Time RN. Enjoy a $20K bonus and a competitive hourly rate of $57-$59. Shifts are 7a-5p, three weekdays plus either Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient management.
  • Utilize company-provided Uber for patient transportation.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
